School Doctor Physicals
Next school doctor physicals will be announced soon - think SOCCER.
- You must complete the online permissions for school physicians to complete your physical. All permissions for sports physicals are due at least 1 day prior to physicals. First-come, first-served basis.
- Any student wishing to participate in sports or is a new student in 9th or higher grade is required to have a current physical and may use the school doctor to obtain the needed physical.
